SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer Free Shipping and on orders over $95 within the continental U.S. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. All delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Due to heightened safety protocols, your order may take up to 7-10 days to arrive. Tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.

- Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.
- Expedited and Rush Shipping are not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, & U.S. Territories. Please allow additional time for delivery to these destinations.
- Expedited and Rush Shipping are not available to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes. Orders to these destinations will be shipped via USPS Ground.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to make any changes to your order please contact customer service as soon as possible.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If any part of your order is not the right fit, or simply isn’t what you expected, please see our return and exchange policy. All exchange and return items must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. Items marked "Final Sale", "Final Markdown", or "Clearance" are non-returnable. Please ensure all items are returned new, unused in their original packaging and with all FLINT PARK garment tags still attached.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or online order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once received at our Returns Department. Please note that refunds issued back to your credit card usually take up to 5 business days to be acknowledged by your bank.
